Born in 1934, Tehran, Iran Graduated in law and political science from Tehran University in 1956 Naser Owaisi, a painter and one of the activists of the Saqaqhana school, won a gold medal and a special diploma at the Campion International Exhibition in Italy in 1968. Some of his books have been published in Iran, Italy and America. Owais painting style is poetic and keeps it suspended between painting and line.
