Born in 1968, Azerbaijan, Iran
Qudratullah Agheli is a sculptor and researcher. After completing his primary and secondary education, he began to study art seriously with the drawing and painting professors of Mirek Tabriz. Because of his great interest in art and painting, he migrated to Tehran and studied sculpting at the Visual Arts Center for four years, and has been working continuously and professionally in this field since then.
During this period, Agheli has held more than twenty-five solo exhibitions and has participated in sixty-five group exhibitions, biennials and art expos in Iran, Germany, France, England, Austria, Ukraine, Morocco, Dubai and Qatar. He has been exhibited in the 6th Beijing International Art Biennial in China and the 56th Venice International Biennial in Italy in Iran Pavilion.
The construction and installation of about forty monumental works of art, reliefs and urban monuments constitute the work file of this hard-working artist. His voluminous works can be seen in the collections of art museums of the country and in private collections.
