Mojtaba Ramzi
Born in 1973, Tehran, Iran, he holds a bachelor’s degree in painting and animation directing.
Mojtaba Ramzi is a sculptor and statue maker. He has been working as a sculptor since 1993. He is known for his sphinxes, or animal-like forms, and his look at mythology in creating his works, and all of his statues are made up of animals. His interest and importance in animals has led to the formation of this trend. Animals that are sometimes very realistic or inspired by the myths of ancient art and are composite and come to the fore with various elements such as color and form. Ramzi has participated in numerous domestic and international exhibitions and his works have been auctioned in Tehran.
