Farah Seyed Abolqasem (born 1339) is a contemporary Iranian painter. He was born in Tehran and after receiving an experimental diploma, he entered Al-Zahra University to study painting and graduated from this university in 1367. In addition to painting professionally, Farah Sidabul al-Qasim taught at the Islamic Azad University from 1370 to 1372 and also at the University of Cinema and Theater in 1382. She is also a permanent member of the Iranian Painters Association, a member of the French Women Painters Association, and a member of the Hungarian Zygment International Group.
