Alireza Eskandari was born in Ahvaz in 1331. He started miniature professionally at the age of 17 under the supervision of Mahmoud Farshchian. His interest in the art of Iranian painting made him benefit in the presence of professors such as Mehrgan and Rahim Najfar, and he also completed his academic studies at the University of Fine Arts. In these years, he chose the airbrush as his main tool by combining calligraphy and painting, and added a special richness to his coloring and shading techniques.
