Dariush gharezad
Dariush Gharezad is a well-known name in the art market of the region, despite the fact that he has had a successful presence in all the Christiner courses in Dubai and the Sotheby’s auctions in London, and his works have always been sold. He has been studying the community of women and their social atmosphere in the modern city (Tehran) for ten years. The cultural contrast that exists between urban modernity and the social space of (traditional) women, as well as typographical paintings that are a good representation of Iranian women’s differences are prominent in his works. In his works, color and space are everything: women with headscarves next to colored walls ( graffiti) walk; Graffiti, as a new form of expression among urban youth, has been re-created as something beautiful.
