Jafar Roohbakhsh is an Iranian painter born in 1319. Due to the characteristics of some of his works, he is considered among the painters of Saqakhaneh. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts from 1336 to 1339. He then completed his undergraduate and master’s courses at the Academy of Decorative Arts from 1342 to 1349. For the first time, some of his paintings were presented in Reza Abbasi Hall. The first exclusive exhibition of soulful paintings was held in the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1344. He then recorded more than 30 shows of individuals and groups inside and outside the country
